Point Structure
Dealerships earn points by meeting various monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives—and by participating in bonus point opportunities.
Monthly
There are three ways that dealerships can earn points on a monthly basis. Review each objective below to learn how to earn up to 150 points per month by meeting all three monthly objectives. Note that monthly objectives are still determined by dividing the total AORA objective by 12 months. Points will be awarded for the 11 months of the program.
- Total parts purchases (AORA): Earn 100 points by meeting your monthly total parts purchases (AORA) objective. Divide your dealership’s annual total parts purchases (AORA) objective by 12 to determine your dealership’s monthly objective.
- Alliance parts purchases (AORA): Earn 25 points by meeting your monthly Alliance parts purchases (AORA) objective. To determine your dealership’s monthly objective, divide your dealership’s annual Alliance parts purchases (AORA) objective by 12.
- Reman parts purchases (AORA): Earn 25 points by meeting your monthly Reman parts purchases (AORA) objective. Determine your dealership’s monthly objective by dividing the annual Reman parts purchases (AORA) goal by 12.
Quarterly BONUS
Dealerships earn 100 points per quarter by meeting its total parts purchases (AORA) objective. The quarterly total parts purchases objective is determined by dividing the dealership’s annual total parts purchases (AORA) objective by 4. Dealerships can earn up to 400 points in the program year by meeting all four of its quarterly total parts purchases objectives. Note that quarterly objectives are still determined by dividing the total parts purchases (AORA) objective by four quarters. Q4 points will be awarded to dealerships who achieve 2/3 of the quarter’s total parts purchases (AORA) objective.
Annual BONUS
Dealerships earn 450 points by meeting its annual total parts purchases (AORA) objective for 2026. Note that these points will be awarded to dealerships who meet their “adjusted annual target.”
To determine your dealership’s “adjusted annual objective”: As with a 12-month program period, the annual AORA objective is divided by 12 to determine the monthly target. Then, the monthly objective will be multiplied by 11 for the 11 months of the program, resulting in the “adjusted annual objective.”
MISCELLANEOUS Bonus Point Opportunities
As bonus point opportunities become available over the course of the program year, they will be added below. Note that each bonus point opportunity varies in its bonus point value.

Frequently Asked Questions
For questions about the APEX Sales Incentive Program, please email info@apex-dtnaparts.com.
We divide your dealership’s annual AORA objective by 12. Although we know that your dealership’s sales will not be equally divided by 12 and that there is seasonality to your dealership’s business, this is the most equitable way to determine a monthly objective for all participating dealers. Points will be awarded for the 11 months of the program.
The quarterly total parts purchases objective is determined by dividing the dealership’s annual total parts purchases (AORA) objective by 4. For the 2026 APEX Progam, quarterly objectives are still determined by dividing the total parts purchases (AORA) objective by four quarters. The difference this year is that Q4 points will be awarded to dealerships who achieve 2/3 of the quarter’s total parts purchases (AORA) objective.
For the 2026 APEX Program, points will be awarded to dealerships who achieve their “adjusted annual objective.”
To determine your dealership’s “adjusted annual objective”: As with a 12-month program period, the annual AORA objective is divided by 12 to determine the monthly target. Then, the monthly objective will be multiplied by 11 for the 11 months of the program, resulting in the “adjusted annual objective.”
For example, if your dealership’s annual objective is $120,000.00, you first divide by 12 months to determine the monthly objective ($10,000.00/month), then multiply that by 11 months to determine the “adjusted annual objective” ($110,000.00).
Yes. There are a series of ways to earn points throughout the course of the program, and winners are based on overall points accumulated at the end of the program period.
